Literally, everything. This is a fucking gem right here. Super charmer Steve Allen talks to his real-life wife/actress Jayne Meadows about computer dos & don’ts, how to buy one, what all that fancy terminology means, etc, etc. This is partly hilarious because even if it didn’t sound dated, it’s still insanely cheesy, but it’s also partly astounding when you see how far we’ve come in 30 years. Have a nice romp with nostalgia and maybe you’ll learn something too.

    Yo, Bunny!

Back when I was first getting acquainted with music blogs, I found this strange recording on your site, back in October 2013. You had me at “Steve Allen.”

I listened to this recording and liked it, despite the hokiness factor. Actually, this record was probably considered cheesy even in 1983 :)

After listening, I promptly forgot all about this recording. Back then, I knew nada about online netiquette and the “little” things, like saying “Thank You,” etc.

Today I’ve been poking around my old HDs, and here I see this old recording. I fire it up, see your URL in the notes, and went looking for you. I didn’t think you’d still be here, but I’m glad to see I was wrong.

I hope you’ll accept my humble gratitude for your tireless efforts in sharing these vintage recordings to new generations. Please accept my very late Thank You and appreciation for the work you do.

    Cheers to you, Bunny!
